    I got 2 iced coffees and they were made correctly and efficiently. They are training some new employees to be awesome right now so have a little patience.

    One of the reasons I like Dunkin Donuts is the consistency of their product across the board. When I visit any of their many locations I know exactly what to expect. The prices are stable from location to location also so I know about what it will cost me for my family to stop in for a treat. P.S. I love to add a shot or two of "turbo" or espresso to my coffee since I like a stronger cup than the normal offering.

    I didn't have a bad experience, Just a long wait. Service was extremely slow, and wait times were incredibly high. Service was surprisingly good outside of the wait times, the restaurant was clean, space was spacious with plenty of seating. The trash wasn't overflowing and the floors/ tables were clean. It was moderately busy but nothing to warrant the wait times. Overall it was a nice spot to stop.

    Overall great, friendly staff. For some reason the latte machine is always conveniently ‘down’ at 5am every day. I would think if they were cleaning it, they’d let me know and not lose a sale.
