    Innovative and unique dishes and drinks. Everything was flavorful, fun, and delicious. The scallop ceviche and the halibut ceviche were both out of this world 👌 We will def go back! Service was on point and the cocktails were balanced well. We had so many small plates and nothing was disappointing!

    We ordered takeout from here and everything travelled really well, would definitely recommend to anyone who wants incredible food from home. The ceviche was delicious and fresh, the pork belly was cooked perfectly, and the cocktail kits were nicely packaged. Can’t wait to come back and sit at the bar some day soon!

    Pacifico is THE best new restaurant in S. Maine. The good and drinks were to die for. The atmosphere was modern and super cool and our waiter Jonathan was amazing and entertaining. Can’t wait to return!

    Incredible ambiance at this place! Very authentic feel and unique, fresh dishes made in their open kitchen. Drinks were delicious and always changing. Small plates and appetizers with about 5 or 6 main dishes that rotate with the season. Highly recommended for both service and quality.

    Amazing food and drinks! The flavors were all exactly what we were missing with not traveling this winter - perfection. Great vibe too.
