Lobster Cove

The food was good but the service was not. Nobody was smiling or friendly. Our waitress forgot our appetizer. She never introduced herself. Never checked to see how our meal was. Never came back to refill drinks. Similar experience with the next table, same waitress. We were very pleasant. Not a good "Birthday " lunch. A smile and pleasant attitude goes a long way.

Great restaurant across the street from Long Sands beach. Beautiful ocean views. We have been there several times for breakfast. The food is great and the staff are very efficient and courteous. Will be going back for Lunch or Dinner next time we are in the area. Sorry I didn't take pictures of our breakfast meals. I started eating before I thought of it. The Lunch and dinner menus are typical for the area. They also have a bar and selection of draft beer.

The waitress was nice but the food quantity left a bit to be desired. If you sub out fries with sweet potato fries they charge $3 which I was happy to pay but when the food came and the amount of sweet potato fries were 1/4 of what they would have given if it was regular fries (I know this since other people at the table had regular fries) it really wasn't worth it. Had a BLT and it had maybe 3 slices of very thin bacon. The horseradish mayo was amazing. The veggie burger was so well done it couldn't be eaten.

Nice place. Went here for breakfast and enjoyed a very good reasonably priced meal. Heard dinners are great, looking forward to trying some. Nice decor and atmosphere. We always travel just outside the main tourist season, so can't speak to how they are during the extremely busy York beach tourist season
