Crabby Pig

This is a great stop. My wife and our mini poodle Marley and I enjoyed a great lunch on the patio. She got a salad while I chose the BBQ sandwich. Food was great and arrived quickly after we ordered. Our server brought a separate water bowl for Marley.

I think everyone on the very friendly staff stopped to visit Marley.

It was ok. Server not friendly and VERY slow. Other servers were working circles around her. Had to have someone go get her to get our check. Philly sub, not the best. Husband liked the crab. Awesome hush puppies. Fun atmosphere.

Nice place to eat. The food was good. It is at the intersection of the GAP and C&O Canal trails. If the weather is nice, you can eat outside. You are in Maryland, so of course they have crabs.

For a small restaurant with several servers running around, very slow service and our server didn’t even come over for drink order for at least five minutes...service the rest of the meal just got worse. The restaurant was hot and crowded, with poor ventilation. The menu is pretty generic seafood/rib/chicken. We all got seafood platters, which were good, although very expensive and for the price one should not have to pay several dollars extra to substitute a side salad or get hush puppies. This place has been around a while and definitely could do better as far as service and updating the interior and menu.

Great little place near railroad and museum. No wait getting a table on Mother's Day without a reservation. Timing was the key. Delicious ribs and smoked just right. Pleasant staff. Enjoyable dining experience.
