    I come here almost daily because I work in the mall. The service here is TERRIBLE unless Demetrius Is there. He is there BEST employee. Drinks are always delicious. He is fast and when he is backed up he communicates with you to let you know that he'll be right with you etc. He should manage this place like seriously!! I don't know who is the owner of this establishment but Demetrius definitely deserves to be invested in. I am a manager myself and for 14 years so I know good customer service and management material when I see it. Please promote him. Otherwise, you'll continue to lose sales when he is absent. Thanks!!

    ITS LITERALLY A “HUG IN A CUP” today was my first time going there! staff was so nice and friendly! The menu items they have, consist of many different flavors and toppings! I had gotten the lychee-rose smoothie w/ lychee jelly and... OH MY GOSH , I wanted to turn around and say “WHO MADE THIS, I LOVE YOU !” ????

    I got the taro! Was really tasty and staff was nice. I recommend the 25% or 50%. Not exactly cheap but it's not bad, and only decent place for bubble tea sound that we've found so far
