Rutabaga Juicery & Eats

Grateful for this healthy option so close to home. Chill atmosphere, high quality ingredients, best kombucha I've tried (Real Raw Organic), friendly staff. I'm particular about the food spots I frequent, Rutabaga has earned a spot in my rotation of places that I trust for consistent high quality food.

Comments about wait times should be ignored. Everything they make is from scratch, and with that preparation process comes a fair expectation of waiting, especially during a rush. If Rutabaga started cutting corners to accommodate someone's sense of urgency or general lack of patience, then I wouldn't continue to eat there. Yes, they aren't cheap, but to expect the quality of ingredients and preparation they use at value meal pricing, doesn't seem reasonable. Plenty of fast food options down the street????

This location is lovely! With such a relaxing atmosphere. They have plenty of indoor seating giving that cozy cafe feel! All food and drink is fresh and plant based! Their fridge is always full!! Would highly reccomend this spot, Especially for it being one of the healthiest spots to chow down in the Gambrills Crofton Area! This was my first time stopping in. Very quiet and chill atmosphere. While I enjoyed my smoothie, the size and the price make it a bit too expensive to keep going on a regular basis. While I appreciate I cost money to buy quality, this place is pushing the boundary on price vs size vs ingredients. I wouldn't say the person as the register was the most engaging or upbeat person I met, which was smidge off putting especially since it was my first time. He could have been friendly and more helpful. I am on the fence because considering how limited the menu and minimalist it is, I can't justify paying 8 bucks for this tiny smoothie.

Prices will make it hard to be a regular but fresh high quality ingredients are expending. Toasts were absolutely delicious. Tried two smoothies. Both great. Worth trying.

Such a great place!! Love everything on the menu. Very happy a place like this opened in crofton..there were not many healthy options around. I just wish they opened a bit earlier on the weekends. I would like to stop there on my way to graduate classes.
