G & M Restaurant

A large restaurant away from the city packed on a Thursday night with 30 mins wait time speaks for itself. This is not a drive by or walk in diner. You have to make an effort to get there.
The effort and wait are certainly worth it. The staff is very professional and courteous. The ambience is traditional and pleasant. I had the Broiled Seafood Platter, and it was absolutely delicious. I must say that I have never had better crab cakes. One suggestion perhaps to add some rice to the sides.
The prices are most reasonable, and the drinks were good as ample.
It seems that years of quality food and service have paid off. Definitely worth the trip and repeat visits.

We'll usually try and visit here whenever we're coming home from the airport and have time. It's a little out of the way but always provides an amazing meal. They have my favorite crab cake in all of Maryland, just amazing lump pieces of crab baked/broiled to perfection, not too heavy on any one ingredient besides the crab, which is what it's all about! They're pretty pricey but if you can afford to splurge around 22 bucks on a crab cake then definitely check it out and you won't be disappointed.

Great place, I would have given 5 stars but I think they could do a little better. I ordered a Cuban sandwich and the pickles tasted like bread and butter not dill and the bread in the basket they bring prior to lunch wasn't bad but I would have preferred a lighter roll. Overall waiter was professional, place was clean and the bathrooms were well kept. Good place to take wife or business colleagues. The crab cakes are their specialty and they are delicious.

Man!!!!the crab cakes taste so good. I was only able to eat one. No fillers all meat. My husband couldn't wait to eat his.. Thanks to my client for turning me on to this place.. It was worth the ride today! I will be back. The service was great and the wait time was only 10 minutes the most.

The food is excellent. The wait was more than an hour so we got our food to go. It was very fast, fresh and hot. We expected the To-Go side to be less in many ways. Man, we were wrong. Such great food without the wait. What could better.
