Skipper's Pier Restaurant & Dock Bar

The restaurant had a Martha’s Vineyard feel to it. Very well lit and clean. The food was very good. We had mussels, calamari, fried shrimp, crab cakes, rock fish, collard greens, and banana troufle and chocolate cake. It was all cooked and prepared well. Best seafood I have had in the Chesapeake Beach area.

I might be a bit biased considering someone generously paid for my meal anonymously. That said, the service was great, I really enjoyed the food and the portion size was enough to fill me without the regret of eating too much. I would recommend.

Comfortable, casual, and fun seafood restaurant posted on the water. The menu offers delights for both seafood lovers & non-seafood lovers. Desserts are fantastic. The Chefs @ Skippers know what they're doing & so do the Bartenders. If you like a variety of Bloody Mary's check them out.

Very good restaurant. A little on the expensive side but the food quality is worth it. A few of the items I have enjoyed on the menu have disappeared over the years, but that is understandable as maybe I was the only one enjoying them. If you want a great meal on the water with an incredible view then you should eat here.

This was my first time here, and it was great! They have many clearly labeled gluten-free options on their menu. I had the nachos and the rockfish tacos, and both were fantastic. Our server was also very attentive and enjoyable to chat with. I can't wait to return!
