Not the best place but also not the worst. Got the Oyster and Waffles for brunch. The sriracha mayo sauce they put on it is great for the oysters but doesn't go great with the waffles. Place was pretty empty for Sunday brunch. Service was not bad by any means, but wasn't anything exceptional either. Our waiter was sitting and eating at the bar at one point for about 20 minutes which we thought was interesting. The Caesar salad was also interesting. I don't know if take a romaine heart, grilling it and putting it on the plate with croutons and Caesar dressing counts as a salad. Coffee was drinkable. Gave it 3 stars because while the food and service weren't terrible, I'd probably go somewhere else before going back to Harvest.

Some of the best bar service in Annapolis. The bartenders make you feel like they know you and are always happy to serve you. The local musicians they bring in are also pretty top notch, too!

I'm reviewing this based on outdoor seating and happy hour experience with kids (ages 7, 6, and 2). I pretty much only dine here when there is outdoor seating (and I have my kids). My husband and I came one time back when it was called something else (I can't remember the name anymore but I know they weren't doing such good business) and we sat at the bar and only had drinks. Anyway, happy hour prices are good and are available outdoors, too (not just at the bar). The appetizers we've tried on happy hour prices are good (on the expensive side, regularly). Beer selection is okay. They have some specialty cocktails but are also expensive! They have a typical kids menu, which is more expensive than most places. Service is a hit or miss - sometimes we've had a really friendly, attentive server, other times we have one that's not so friendly or attentive. Oh, and we've had brunch there once. Super slow service and food was sub-par. This is not our first option ever, but if we have our kids and want to sit outside, and nearby places are packed (which they usually are), then we come here to eat. Overall, not terrible but nothing to go out of your way to eat here.
