Vida Taco Bar

Nice little place on the Main Street of Annapolis. Great service, very tasty Margaritas. Food is good, but there is no free salsa, which is a first for me in Mexican restaurant.

I would say the rating is more of 3.5 than 4. Going in I knew it wasn't going to be a traditional spin on tacos and in that part they didn't disappoint. We ordered the Korean pork belly, Scallops and the lamb. The pork belly was burnt in both tacos we ordered. Though it was tasty the burnt took away from it. The lamb taco was a good spin of flavor but lack enough portion to enjoy it. The scallops taco was the star of the show and it was such a simple implementation with great taste. Some of the problems with the tacos: they use one regular corn totilla but they don't fill it, most of the options are very juicy and the one tortilla rips first bite. The tortillas were on the cold side. It's definitely a taco place for the area(Annapolis) which is fine as long as you know what you are getting into meaning is not your traditional taqueria. I didn't hate it in anyway, I will definitely visit again give the pork belly another try and hopefully it won't be burnt. The atmosphere is sort of mix of bar and restaurant, people definitely come there for the margaritas I didn't try any of them since I rather spend my calories on food and not drinks.

Vida is a small spot on Main Street downtown. It’s a nice place to go for a drink and a quick bite. Obviously their thing is tacos, hence the name, and the tacos are good! The margaritas are good as well and pack a punch for a good price. The actual restaurant is very small and crammed though, and no place to really sit at a bar, which is why I leave 3 stars.

I loveeee this place. 3 dollar margaritas had me feeling nice but not too tipsy. The food was amazing! The menu options are great too. A go to place while in Annapolis ????

We sat in the window seat with friends and really enjoyed people watching while folks busily shopped on Main Street. The food was great; plenty of different delicious taco options. We all went back for seconds!
