    The whole meal was cold and had to get them to recook our meals but other then that the customer service was good

    Friendly and polite service, hot fries (important), but we had to exchange our sandwiches as they were not fresh at all. They said it would take only 3 minutes to cook, so why not cook them to order? ????

    I rate this Wendy's highly because of the customer service I've experienced there. We all know what fast food is, but never have I had the kindness and pleasant service that I get when I go to this Wendy's. Their staff makes a difference in an industry that varies little from location to location. Kudos! Treating people as if they matter really does have an impact.
