Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Super friendly and helpful staff. I wish I could remember her name, but she was great. Sugar free option was awesome as i'm diabetic. I'll def be back.

I love menchie's! They always have different & great flavors to choose from, they also have sherbert. Go in, fill up your own bowl or cone & if you want throw on some of the tons of toppings they have to make your own delicious yogurt masterpiece!

I cannot recommend this location enough. #1. They have Dole Whip. #2. The awesome and friendly owner handed out MULTIPLE coupons to everyone in the place while we were there...several $1 off coupons and a BOGO coupon, plus he let us know about upcoming BOGO days when we won't need a coupon. #3. I stupidly left a folder that contained my original birth certificate and original marriage certificate on a table and went home with no idea that the items were even missing. Luckily, there was something in the folder that had my company name on it and the Menchie's owner googled my office, and then called and had someone at my work call to let me know that he had my folder! He definitely went above and beyond. Awesome customer service!

First timer here. I went into the location in Lake Shore Plaza with my three children plus one I babysit. I asked the man there, his name was Frank, how this all works and he was super helpful and friendly! The children were given toys, they were able to draw on the chalk board, and even got to see how the frozen yogurt was made! Not to mention, everything was delicious! Will definitely be going back, especially if the rest of the staff is as welcoming as Frank!
