Akira Ramen Gambrills

Unlike other Akira Ramen locations, this location does not serve Sushi. This was a slight disappointment, but I think the result is an increased focus on the core menu. As a result, I enjoyed the Ramen at this location more than the other locations I've tried.

The service was very good, and the Gyoza appetizer was enjoyable as well. We had the Miso and Shoyu Ramen and both were enjoyable. It is not the best Ramen I've had, but it was good for the price and speed of service.

Pricey, but generous portions that are pretty tasty. The sliced beef was better than the pork. The noodles are great, broth is very nice and the bamboo was perfectly cooked. The tables are pretty close together, someone may bump you when they get up if they're not paying attention. Will certainly go again.

Took my daughter last week. When our orders came, she said "this is legit". It was. Service was courteous, the food came incredibly fast. It was delicious. I recommend this to anyone who loves ramen.

New ramen place! We went by and tried their spicy volcano Tonkotsu, gyoza and pork buns for appetizers. The ramen was good but the pork was a little tough still and not pull apart in texture. I enjoyed the ramen and the gyoza was really good. Careful though, the tiny red peppers will rock you if you don’t like spicy foods. Service was quick and present.

I’d been wanting to go to this restaurant for some time now. The staff welcomed me when I came in and I was seated immediately. The menu is short, but good. And the pricing is on par with the portion sizes. Overall, my food was delicious and I recommend this restaurant to everyone.
