Griller is slow only cooking 1 sandwich at a time, they backed up quickly.

The classic cheese steak and chicken cheese steak are good but nothing special for the price of 2 small subs, chips, and small drinks $30, a bit pricey.

Visited Capriott’s in Gambrills two times (back to back days) because my classic cheese steak with extra onions was so delicious! The steak was flavorful and the cheese was nice and melty. The cashier at the front was pleasant and helpful. The sandwich was prepared as ordered and made quickly. I noticed the manager was giving clear instructions to the young staff while I waited. Keep it up! I’ll definitely be back.

The good-The young adults working at this location were incredibly friendly and professional! Top notch employees! The food fell short unfortunately. Four different sandwiches and none of them were good. The Bobbie really fell short-looks so delicious in advertisements but underwhelming in taste and texture. The steak and cheese was a bit bland. The turkey sandwiches had huge, cold, chunks of turkey. Not the neatly shredded turkey pictured on the menu. The grilled cheese was really greasy and overcooked.

I was excited cuz I thought this was going to be a real sandwich shop not a sub place. I'm not familiar with this chain so I was optimistic. I got a steak and cheese while it was good it was a little chewy and not up to the standard of perfection. It doesn't mean I won't go again to try other things and their meal sizes are pretty good
