    I loved this place only because servers are very nice and they make a nice amount of food

    The food is always good... better than typical fast food restaurant's, and although there tends to be a line it moves quickly and it's worth the wait.

    As average as it comes. Staff is fine--not unfriendly, not overly friendly--food quality varies...but what just kills it is the time your food sits on the counter.

    Staff needs to get some hustle or devise a way to accelerate single-item orders so they don't sit out for a completely unnecessarily long time and become lukewarm by the time you receive it. I stopped getting the food to-go because of how cold it was when I got home, and it turns out eating the food immediately after it's been served doesn't always suffice either. Staff needs to consider this.
