Bagels 'n Grinds

All of the food is incredibly good. Bagels are fresh and soft. Parking can be tricky due to the center's set up, but it is well worth the walk or wait for a space.

The first thing I have to say is customer service! What an amazing example of great customer service. This morning on a whim I decided to stop and grab a bagel at 5:40 a.m. when I got to the counter I encountered Jessica. She was smiling happy and eagerly explained their menu. I told Jessica my order. I like my bagel toasted three times. Don't judge me! Jessica made sure to talk to the Cook through the window to remind him to toast it a third time. While waiting for my bagel to be cooked she made my coffee drink. She made small talk about blueberry bagels and we laughed at how your favorite flavor is always the one that is out of stock! Before I knew it my food was done and she wished me a good day. The only thing I would suggest for this shop is that people wear name tags. I had to ask her her name because I wanted to make sure I put it in this review.
I didn't get the other guy's name but I overheard him talking to Jessica about how important it was that he clean the bagel display case. This was very reassuring. He seemed very particular about how he cleans it. My bagel was crispy yet chewy and absolutely delicious. I'm one happy customer!

Huge fan of this local bagel and sandwich place. It's the perfect place to stop on my drive from DC to Baltimore and vice versa. The bagels are really good, as are the sandwiches. The staff is really the best part of the place. Kind and friendly, they always remember me and I enjoy going there. They also have a great set-up for coffee.

Absolutely fantastic bagels and coffee. Their NY water filtration system definitely helps make their bagels amazing.

If you have the opportunity, 100% you have to come here. All of their egg and cheese bagels are the most delicious.
