Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

The food was good, the service was fine, I order a smoothie it came with whip cream on it. I asked the server if you could take off the whipped cream, the server came back I asked her where my drink was she thought that that I didn't want the drink I to explain to her all I wanted was the whipped cream off. I would have taken it off myself if I had a place to put it.. she did bring another drink about 1/2 hr. Later..It was my Birthday..

Service was actually pretty good. The young man that served me was very professional at his job. Ordered the "Tour of Italy" plate, but the pasta portion seemed much smaller than expected. It did taste good, I will give them that. But it was looked like it was maybe half of what it should have been.

Well the food is good but on this visit, me and the girl went for never ending pasta. They where out of the one I wanted of course. That's the reason I went. I was very disappointed. This is the second time I've been at this location. Service was mediocre both visits. There servers need to be more attentive. When we wanted to place our order the server told us can we wait until he brings out our drinks to take the order. I've never heard of such a thing. We where ready to order, we hadn't eaten all day. And was going to the movies after so we where in a time schedule. Just hope for better next time.

Our server Josh provided phenomenal service. He provided great options and he was on point all throughout the evening. My husband got the creamy ravioli with mushrooms, that was very delicious. It had a light cream sauce with a myriad of flavors that was really melt in your mouth. I had the chicken breast parmigiana, to me it was just ok. Overall, the experience was very good.

This Olive garden has a great location that's easy to get to with ample parking outside. The inside as well appointed, the music is always at a good volume, and the floors and bathrooms always are clean. The food has also been consistently delicious each time I visited.

My only real complaint is that I have not been able to get consistently good service. Some of the servers there are extremely competent and well-trained, but almost half of them seem to need a significant amount more training.
