Chick-fil-A

First time experiencing this place because my cousin took me here while visiting her and her family. The bathroom was clean and it was the first time I saw mouthwash offered at a fast food place. I don't know if it's just a regional thing but I was pretty impressed with that. My chicken sandwich meal was ok but Polynesian sauce made it nice. The staff was friendly and helped us move chairs to make space for the multiple high chairs we needed for our group. On my way out while I was carrying my cousins baby, one staff member helped me get a refill on my drink. The kids enjoyed the play space and overall was a good time.

I honestly don't think I'd go to a location in my home state but this experience was surprisingly pleasant.

I had a few incorrect orders. I mean the quality of the food and service were outstanding. But back to back wrong orders has me checking my entire order for a family of five at the window now.

I've always enjoyed chick fil a for their service and ability to please kids. My kids always love going here and they can spot the signs everywhere. The food is much better than competing kids fast food. Don't forget you can exchange the drinks and sides for kids to either Mac and cheese or fruit. I often get fries in one kid meal and fruit in the other and the kids split both. The shakes are great. They are definitely not good for any vegetarians but that's not a problem in my family. Mobile ordering app is helpful and they've finally started to make the app easier to order. If you mobile order there's no wait.

How do they make chicken so moist and delicious? And the polite and efficient service is the best.
