We had a large group go to Mamma Roma's in Odenton yesterday, and the food was delicious. The service for our 30 guests was impeccable and fast. We recommend this fabulous restaurant to everyone.
This evening was our first time having Mama Roma’s and absolutely not the last time.
We had the Seafood extravaganza, chicken parmigiana and a NY style ???? half pepperoni and half pepperoni, ham, sausage. It all was AMAZING!! I can’t wait to try more goodness on their menu.
We order takeout the pickup was quick and easy and the food was still hot and tasted amazing when we got home.
It you want a bit of Italy in the states...this is one of the great places to visit. The service was great. The atmosphere is like being in an old Italian kitchen. The employees looks very family oriented of people of all races. They treat customer with the upmost respect. The food is delicious.
No doubt, this place is popular. I think it is good, but I'm not blown away. I order from here every couple of months and have never been disappointed. This place is normally bustling with activity. The kitchen staff hustles in what looks like a choreographed dance. I give them credit for trying to keep the customer flow moving. They've almost outgrown themselves; which isn't a bad problem to have.
Mamma Roma is a neighborhood favorite that rarely disappoints. The pasta has always been excellent while the pizza tastes delightfully authentic. The drive-up curbside pickup has really been a game changer to the point where I haven't actually been inside in a while to see the renovations and changes they've made. The food is wonderful and the people and kind and welcoming.
The only critique I have is that wait times for curbside pickup should be a little more accurate, especially for pizza orders. Waiting almost 15 minutes at the curb 20 minutes after you placed your order feels bad, but at least you know your food is as fresh as possible.
