TASTE OF THE ISLAND & SOUL FOOD

This is the absolute best Caribbean food in the entire state....and I believe I’ve tried them all. The jerk chicken is seasoned and cooked to perfection. On my first visit, I went back for 3 days straight. The staff is great and the food is amazing. I’ll be a customer for a long time.

We've needed more soul food options around here and this carry out is a great addition to the area. I was impressed with the food. I'm a pretty harsh critic when it comes to soul food, but I had fried chicken, mac n cheese and cabbage, and it was all very good. The mac n cheese was real baked mac n cheese like I would make at home, everything was seasoned well but not overly salty. The prices were reasonable and the staff were very nice. I'll be back to try more food in the future.

The food was very good. We definitely recommend this establishment. If your in the mood for some authentic soul food. Don't hesitate to give them a try. Customer service was extremely friendly as well. I'm looking forward to my next meal. Unfortunately, I devoured it too fast to take a photo "Just sayin".????????

This place is authentic and so delicious. They are genuinely and friendly staff they are also very accommodating. This place is worth whatever distance you have to travel to have some. I’m from jersey where we have a ton of Caribbean cuisine places as opposed to Maryland where they are scarce and not very good when u do find one they are not very good. This place reminds me of home, food is hot and fresh and seasoned correctly. If you hungry and want a real meal and not fast food go there and just take a pick of anything on their menu trust me you won’t be sorry.
