Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Amazing ice cream! This was my first time at a Bruster’s and I must say I was impressed with the ice cream flavor and quality. The portions were generous and they let you sample the flavors. Customer service was also on point with fast service, a coupon for our next visit, and getting us signed up for the rewards program. Only wish is that this location had an inside to sit. Definitely going to be a regular spot for me this summer!

I'm giving this place five stars. This is the first time of hearing of this place and ice cream. I went during the week evening time and during the winter month. I did drive thru. I ordered a double scoop cake batter with waffle cone flipped over in a cup. The person who took the order was professional and the person at the window to collect payment was professional as well. I paid $7. Tiean that's reasonable considering everything is expensive now. What reasonable anymore? I think you get a good amount of ice cream as well. It was not freezer burnt. The shop is located in a community in a shopping center. I think it's a good location across from army base. Overall good experience and will be back to try new flavors.

I’ve tried several different flavors here and they’re not as good as the other locations. For example, the banana pudding flavor taste 100% artificial. I was a tad bit disappointed, but I understand they’re just opening and may still be getting into the swing of things. I agree with what another person posted, their portion sizes are a lot smaller than any other Bruster’s I’ve been to. I was also charged for my toddlers ice cream when every other location gives free scoops to the littles.
This location is way closer to me than the others, but for the price that I’m going to pay I think I’ll continue to travel to Glen Burnie.

The manager is annoying. He never gives your order in a bag unless you ask. Then if you order a lot he’ll only give 1 bag unless you ask for more. Poor customer service on his part. Everyone else is great though.

Great customer service. The employees are so nice & knowledgeable. & the deserts are so good. I had the apple dumpling with the apple crunch ice cream. This location is safe for people with nut allergies which I loved. I’m a regular now.

Loved this place since they opened. I noticed the last few times I have been, the yummy mix-ins for some of the flavors such as the NY Cheesecake, Sea Salt Caramel Toffee, Caramel Apple Crunch have been almost non existent. Otherwise staff is great, prices are reasonable and the location is key.
