Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

My server was awesome! She really took great care of me. The energy of the staff from the moment I walked in was spectacular!!!

Top-notch service whenever I'm here. Food is what you'd expect from an Olive Garden. Also, my girlfriend works here and they've been amazing to her so that always makes me happy.

Ordered food from the gluten free menu and was then served toasted bread crumbs on top of my vegetable. Thankfully, I was careful but be extra careful when ordering with any allergy. The manager, waitress and chef were very apologetic and understood my disappointment. Will go back to give them another chance simply due to the kind attitudes of the staff members. Also their drink specials are amazing !

The 3 stars are all for our server. My husband and I went for the endless stuffed pasta special. We both ordered frozen drinks. Mine looked like it had been sitting for a while because it was very separated. I ended up returning it, and the peach tea that I ordered because it had a strong bitter after taste. My husband ended up returning his never ending pasta because the raviolis were rubbery. He ordered a different meal and ended up returning that as well. All in all, today was a very off day for Olive Garden in Owings Mills. The only thing that saved this experience at all was the server. She was very personable and apologetic.

What a brave bunch! The only place in the area that would seat 15 of us that were out-of-towners. 7 of the 15 were under 5. The server was great about each family being on a separate check and patient with the ordering process. Thank you so much for the great customer service!!!
