    Service was amazing as we arrived the doors were closed and being locked they opened doors for. The customers who stopped in10minutes till closing general tso shrimp was great

    The best Chinese food in Owings Mills in my opinion. I'm originally from NY and visited China town on a weekly basis so I would like to think I know good food when I find it. If you're looking for great American style Chinese Rice Kitchen is a fantastic choice.

    A very small shop which has a variety of Asian dishes. Better to take out here, only 2 small tables. Some dishes are not quite as good as the others in town.
