Catonsville Gourmet

Great restaurant over all but especially when it comes to the seafood. If for some reason you aren't happy with your food they will not hesitate to fix it for you. I try to get something new each time I go and I've been happy with each new choice, I'd be listing half the menu if I started mentioning favorites. The wait staff have always been friendly and accommodating. The only downside, for some, is that it can get loud when they are busy. It's a relatively small place with lots of hard surfaces. I'm not sure how you would accomplish it but some sound deadening would go a long way when the place is packed.

Catonsville Gourmet gets it right about every way it can. Best restaurant in Catonsville. Specializes primarily in seafood, and it does a good job with that. The feel inside is bright and beachy. They've had a liquor license for not quite a year yet, and it was a welcomed addition.

Great choice of seafood and excellent service. The waitstaff work as a team and keep the restaurant running like a well oiled machine. Was impressed with Matthew, the manager that night. Personable and helped serve, bus, and make sure everyone was happy. Save room for the fabulous sugarbaker desserts!

This is one of our go to lunch places for work lunches. The food is great and service friendly, but they always seem to have an issue getting all of 10 meals out at the same time. Talbot Toast is amazing though, so we keep coming back.

This was our first visit after wanting to visit for a long time and we weren't disappointed. We did call ahead seating and our table was ready as soon as we walked in on a really busy Saturday night. The food and service were excellent.

We ordered the crab and lobster dip, fish tacos, and halibut. The crab and lobster dip was cheesy and seasoned perfectly. The fish tacos were fried crispy and had great flavor. The halibut was fresh, flaky, and moist.

We can't wait to go back!
