    Absolutely fantastic. I was just stopping by to get a bottle of water and some tool went into hysterics about filing an ADA complaint because he was told to put on a mask. The cashier (a redhead if her boss is reading this) and another employee handled the whole incident with an incredible level of poise, respect, and professionalism. They calmly but firmly insisted without losing their cool or backing down. Nothing highlights the quality of customer service better than a tough situation, and under fire the employees could not have been better.

    Truly Catonsville’s “General Store” Always there. Always open. Always super nice staff. Always thoughtful management. Always feel safe.
