“UPDATE: This is an update to my previous post a few months ago. I meant to update it before now. After the incident with the sub, the manager reached out to me and actually spoke to me about the situation. He was very apologetic and reassured me that this was not a regular thing with the store. He also offered me a refund or a new sub, free of charge. Although I never took him up on the offer, I will be returning based on his reassurance, professionalism, and kindness. Previous Post: I just left this Subway around 6 this evening. After eating most of my sub, I just noticed a fine hair in the second half of my sub. Please, please, PLEASE make sure your employees’ hair is secured while preparing customers food. The customer service was good, and this was my second time going here (no complaint about the first time) but after this incident, I probably won’t be returning. I feel sick to my stomach thinking about possibly ingesting more hair before noticing the one at the end of my sub. Please do better.”

“Delicious pizzeria with a great selection of inventive pies. Excellent salads, Stromboli and calzone. They press you to order fast during the lunch rush, so don't get in line until you've taken a good look at the menu. The proprietor remembers people and greets people by name. Service is friendly, but they move fast. Food comes quickly, and everything is reasonably priced. Great spot for lunch in the Woodlawn area.”

“This place is a hidden gem! Delicious omelettes, delicious breakfast croissants, fantastic home fries, an excellent veggie burger and always-fresh fries. Portions are as reasonable as the prices. Service is fast, but they get busy at peak times. It's a shop in a corner strip of restaurants, mostly serving the local office parks so they don't do dinner and even for a late lunch you might be out of luck. There are a few tables with enough space you'll never feel cramped. Give 'em a try! You're going to love the food!”
