Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Allway,s good ice cream

They have random flavors which is good however I have went several times and normal flavors they didnt have like chocolate or blue raspberry where other locations always have them due to selling so much of each flavor.

I gave the female my coupon as soon as it was our turn. They always say, give coupin to server first. My order was fine. She made my friends order incorrectly. She went ahead and took it anyway so that they didn't have to throw it away. Then she forgot to put my coupon in the register when it was time to pay. I know mistakes happen but we really need to pay attention and at least apologize when wrong

The service was courteous and efficient. The store was clean. The service person was informative. Rita's Italian Ice suggests the specialty. I was looking for frozen custard, so that's what I bought. The soft-serve ice cream was disappointing unfortunately...bearing in mind this is very subjective on my part. I would definitely try Rita's for a different product.

Good customer service. Great flavor. I love that I was given a generous amount of custard for my gelati, unlike other Rita’s locations!
