Usually good and fast service, but this past visit had to wait to long and food warm .

Same great Wendy's experience you come to expect offered here. The drive thru was great. Highly recommend this location.

Very disjointed. There seemed to be enough crewmembers but not working together. The front line was dirty. No cleaning as you go. Fry station was horrendous. Instead of cleaning he's shaking the fry vat continously, instead of cleaning or preparing fries and chicken nuggets for orders. The cashiers are getting these items themselves. All this time the Mgr appears to be on the grill. Position training is non existent. Food was okay and as expected.

Just went in to redeem a free jr. Frosty coupon but the cashier wasn't sure how to punch in the coupon at the register (I think she's new). She asked for assistance from a manager I believe but after he looked at the coupon, he told me that they no longer do the free frosty (the coupon says it's valid from 11/1/18 through 1/31/19) . I just said okay and left. My husband then went in to order food and tried to use the same coupon and they somehow accepted it and got the free frosty. I'm not exactly sure why the manager said that to me but my husband thinks he was just lazy and not trying to teach the new girl how to do it. Hope they improve and stay consistent in the future.

Food is hot. Orders are accurate. 4 star because its always backed up. They need a bigger lot to expand with a second line or something and people at both windows all the time. Not sure what the issue is there.
