Ruby Tuesday

The drinks andappetizer sampler were incredible. Those pretzels melt is your damn mouth ???? The waitress Crystal was extremely attentive and polite. I ordered the steak which I forgot to photograph but it was amazing. It was called the Hickory Bourbon and Bacon Sirloin. Now we all now Sirloins are small in portion size and thicker in cut. There's were a bit small but fantastic none the less. The tables and chairs could have been a bit cleaner, as in, they could have been wipe off using more "elbow grease" ????????but overall a good experience.

Went in today for my sons birthday was seated in a timely matter but had to wait for a waiter to be served an hour and a half later. Ordered food and they didn’t bring my whole order had to wait for my Mac and cheese and it wasn’t good. The waiter did apologize for having us wait for so long.

Had a late meal there on Sunday eve. After a long Sunday two church services and hospital visits to pray for the sick. The meal was fine. The staff hard working.

Service was great. Manager offered a free salad due to wait time. Clean place, great menu

The waitress was phenomenal, always had our drinks full and making sure everything was ok. The wait and food was less than fair. We waited almost 45 minutes before the waitress was told that the food we ordered would not be able to be made and we had to choose something else. Then the manager came over and told us we didn't need to change our order, then told us 10 minutes later we indeed need to change our order. Another 15 minutes later part of our food arrived. We were told that the other part would still be a longer wait. The food was decent, but not to the standards that Ruby Tuesdays is known for providing. After we had finished our meal the second part of the meal arrived with the check. The manager did make one of the orders free/lower price, but we still waited over and hour for our food. The only reason I'm giving a 3 star review is because of our amazing waitress.
