I like this place. Good Pad Thai and egg rolls.
Great food as always. The only place I order Chinese food .
Ok, look. Objectively this place is not a 5 star kinda place. But subjectively, compared to the local alternatives, it is.
And, really, it's easily the best General Tso's near Baltimore, and one of the best in Maryland. "Extra spicy" got it to my table with a little kick. But man! That tofu. Star of the show. Super hot & crispy with a thick glaze of flavorful sauce.
I'd probably get the white rice instead of the plain fried rice. There's only so much you can do with plain fried rice. Theirs was fine, but decidedly plain.
Their veg spring roll was also hot and crisp. The house mustard was sinus-clearing,
in a good way, at least if you're into that. But I do prefer a veg egg roll and no exception here.
It's in a location that's kind of hard to spot. Dining in is a bit chilly. But do it! Great place, at least, so far after one dish.
Clean quick awesome! It’s so hard to find good Chinese food but iron charm has it!! My food is always hot they never forget anything. pls don’t ever change lol
This is your run-of-the-mill, greasy Chinese takeout/delivery joint. They deliver quickly, and their food is typically packaged well and hot upon arrival. However, a couple of their delivery drivers are a bit brusque. Portion sizes are generous and they're reasonably inexpensive.
As far as the actual food goes, their more standard fare is generally decent - I usually just stick with things like lo mein and fried rice that are hard to mess up when ordering from here. Their more complicated dishes (like meat, tofu, or even eggplant in garlic sauce) can be iffy and depend on the day. Notably, I've heard good things from friends about their moo shu dishes, especially the pork.
