Texas Roadhouse

The staff takes care of their customers, each and every one of them. They have no idea what it means for some people to just have a place to unwind and be surrounded by such enthusiastic and caring people. I know they're employees and that seems like their job but they go above and beyond to make everyone feel like they're part of the family. If you're looking for great food, a fantastic atmosphere, and phenomenal service, this is the place to go.

Food was excellent. Ribs fell right off the bone. Service was great. I will endure listening to country music because of the good food/service.

Hostess asked if we wanted bread. We had to ask for it after about 15 minutes. Appetizers came out after our meals after we had to ask about them two times. One came out wrong so we had to wait on that again. I was finished my steak before the apps came. One was supposed to be comped but it wasn't when we got the bill. The other we had a coupon for and it was fine. Our server was delightful enough but the wrong app was a key in error on her part yet she blamed the kitchen for having app problems for two weeks. It took a long time to get the extra butter for our potato's and we had to ask two times. I understand they were busy but the food service was sloppy to say the least. Plates piled up on the table. The food was good though and our steaks were made to order which didn't happen the last time we were there.

Got the crispy chicken salad. Very tasty, but wasn't a fan of the "Italian" dressing - tasted very much like mustard. Everyone else enjoyed their meals. Waitress was very attentive and friendly and the manager stopped by to check in too. Good experience overall.

Food was very good. Geoff, the waiter was very good. He kept the rolls and drinks coming. He was very pleasant. He gave the others at the table, that were just being greedy, extra peanuts. He was great. He had a made a mistake with my bill, but corrected it, immediately. For the restaurant to be as crowded as it was, the entire staff did a great job. Everyone was helping one another
