    This Dunkin is OK. I believe the franchise owner is the same from at the very least the Merritt Blvd location. The workers are a hit or miss when it comes to friendliness.

    My biggest complaint? Mobile ordering. I will place a mobile order and when I arrive, a screen above the mobile order pickup area will say my order is ready. I'd say that about 70% of the time my full order is not actually there.

    This means you have to grab a workers attention during the morning rush. Very frustrating.

    I hit the drive thru nearly every morning out of convenience and no other reason. Most employees are younger and nice enough, but orders get screwed up more than average. And whoever insists on wrapping frosted donuts in the little tissue sheet and tossing them in the bag top-down, please take a moment to reconsider your actions.
