Great food. Had both hot pot and BBQ late at night w my daughter. Wonderful service, very warm and welcoming. Will come back again.
Great portions and a bevy of options in a hip interior. I had a great meal here, not inexpensive for a group but given it was a nearly all you can eat hot pot I think it was well worth it. Menu entree dishes seem relatively authentic and less Americanized than other Chinese restaurants in the area, so a bit more fresh and different, though I think I recall the usual Chinese-American candied favorites more or less still offered in some form. Huge family style platters perfect for large party tables, it was super picturesque looking at other tables. Friendly staff, while we were there it lookes like one of the owners was walking around talking to people. I'm sure since their new things will shift around but so far seems very solid.
This is a very good and not typical Chinese restaurant. We had the kebabs and they are grilled in front of you over coals and it is a lot of fun to do it yourself. The service was great. The outside of the building is plain and no lighting, but the inside is very nice.
We had a great time. The food was excellent and fresh, and the restaurant was very clean. Service was incredible. They were very helpful and always smiling. The people at the table next to us said it was the most authentic food they've ever had out, and they have been there three times since it opened! Can't wait to go back!
Not bad, but definitely has some fine-tuning to do. I only went for the all-you-can-eat hot pot so I can only speak to that experience. Being very new, not everything on the menu was available (no BBQ) and the pricing was lower than it says on the menu ($21.95 vs $26.95). This is a hotpot where you can only get individual pots. The selection of ingredients is good, and there are quite a few side dishes you can choose from. Several servers have difficulty speaking English so you'll have to be patient; however they are very attentive. Although the exterior decor is lacking (you might easily miss the place), the interior is very nice. Needs some music, but forgivable considering how new they were. In my opinion, New Generation in Towson is superior in both food and ambiance, but they are a slightly more established location. Once the BBQ is up and running here, I can imagine this place being hard to match. Will definitely be back in the upcoming months.
