Food was decent, service sucked. The girl at the cash register had an attitude. We waited over 30 minutes for food on a Sunday and we only ordered 4 basic meals. By the time we got our food, everyone who was in the restaurant at the same time as us had gone and we were the only ones left. Definitely call ahead. Lines were really long. Cornbread tasted like cake-- no trace of the cornmeal taste. The fried chicken, greens, and green beans were pretty good. The mac and cheese was ok. Half and half was ok, but the carryouts make it better. Definitely not worth the 73 bucks spent or the long wait times. We won't be back. This place is more carryout than sit down, as the tables were full of people waiting for their meal.

Everything about this restaurant is 5 stars. From customer service to the food to the cleanliness and simple, yet large menu. My food was so fresh and hot and had a distinctive homemade taste. Definitely recommend this place.

The food here is AMAZING!!! The portions are so big i was only able to eat half and took the other half home for dinner. The cornbread is so good. Ribs fall right off the bone. Mac and cheese is soooo good and so are the greens. Pork chops are huge and cooked perfectly.

The food here is always freshly made, piping hot and delicious! I especially love the young men who served me. The were polite, patient, and accurate with my order. We ate inside and they we so accommodating to me and my two young girls. Even when they got busy, they were still excellent customer service agents and fast servers. I love eating here and look forward to it again.
