Barley's Backyard

Went there today. Nachos were not good. About half had no toppings. Others were tasteless, Where's the spice? They use 'pickled' jalapenos? Flavorless dish half Filled with toppings! Will never order again. Fried pickles were good.

Barleys Backyard was the first restaurant I visited since quarantine ended and they did not disappoint! Our waitress Emily was sooo cool! I asked her what she recommended and decided to go with all of her recommendations the Backyard Burger which was cooked to perfection and my new favorite drink the Spicy Margarita! Shout out to all of the servers , cooks , and bartenders that keep this place running . I can’t wait to come back!!

Fun bar/restaurant with rooftop outdoor seating. Went on a Thursday night and the rooftop was filled to capacity with college kids. Ate downstairs and enjoyed some of the happy hour specials. Food was all pretty average bar food and nothing I would choose to order again (crab guacamole, sliders, shrimp mac & cheese, buffalo cauliflower). Drinks are very cheap @ happy hour.

Our server Emily was so sweet and nice. She works well under pressure and stayed on top of things even when a thunderstorm hit. The calamari and Mac and cheese were both so good. We’ll be back soon!

Barley’s Backyard was amazing. Stopped buy last Friday for the Phase 1 opening of outdoor restaurant service In Maryland. It was beautiful weather, and fun to finally get out of the house. Food was great. Drinks even better.
