    They made me a puppacino!!! Sweetest thing ever. Customer service is great, despite the high traffic, always pleasant and my order is always correct!

    I've honestly never had a bad experience here. Every employee is extremely pleasant despite the amount of traffic this particular location receives which I'm sure isn't always easy to deal with. Orders are always correct as well. If you are a customer please make sure you tip if you can. For the employees I hope corporate takes care of you guys while working I'm through the pandemic because you reallyddo go above and beyond and it appreciated!!

    This Starbucks just open 3 days ago at this new location from the old one on Loch Raven in the plaza..it's still the same wonderful baristas and there great customer service. This location is much larger, and now serve draft, with a drive thru.
    The inside also has a wrap around window counter seating arrangement, that's pretty nice and different. Enjoy
