Well lit, clean pumps and no wait at the car wash! Win! Win! Win!

I had a car wash "washbook" redemption issue and the manager on duty the afternoon of 4/8/23 went above and beyond to take care of it. What could have been something that had me stressing out for days was handled in 10 minutes. I really appreciated that it mattered to her to make sure I was a satisfied customer.

I frequent Royal Farms stores almost daily, and always have a pleasant experience. But this particular store on Red Run Blvd in Owings Mills is by far the best one from my experience. The first thing that stands out is the professionalism and friendliness of every staff member in that store. I am always warmly welcomed and their service goes above and beyond. The store is always clean, neatly organized, and well stocked. The food, no matter what I get, is delicious and plentiful. I truly look forward to going to this store because of how I am treated so respectfully. They are happy to see me and give excellent service every time I go. This entire staff fully embraces what it means to give outstanding customer service. And, they truly care for every customer that walks through their doors. Well done! You all have a life long customer with me, and I want to not only recognize you all for your incredible service, but also I want to thank you for always making my experience quite enjoyable!!!
