(December 14, 2018, 10:39 pm)Great customer service with the young man that had the exceptional personality. He made the best strawberry milkshake I have ever had. I have been to almost of all the Maryland locations. He should train or mentor other staff.

(August 4, 2018, 5:47 pm)If you don't know about Cold Stone, I'm not sure a review is gonna help much because you clearly live under a rock. They are solid and depending on where you are, the best I've cream. 10 years ago they might have been the gold standard. However, there is a lot more competition now and they've fallen behind. Kinda like how Starbucks was the best until craft coffee came to town. Always solid but check out local places if you can.
