Panera Bread

Some establishments don't do as well, but this one is great. Food was fresh and friendly service.

Great food friendly people

Good bakery and deli. They have great breads, my favorite is Asiago cheese bread, and sandwiches

Was pretty let down this visit. First, my husband ordered potato soup and I ordered cream of broccoli. While waiting we were called and told they only served cream Of potato soup on Mondays. Why didn't the person taking our order know that? Then, I was told they just ran out of cream of broccoli. After changing our orders, we got our drinks (self-serve) and they were out of lids. When we sat down to eat, our soups were cold. There was a lot of carrying-on between the employees who were all quite young. My husband spoke to the manager who didn't show much interest. Also, a lot of teenagers hanging inside and outside of Panera. Those inside were quite rowdy and loud. This is all very uncommon. Hunt Valley is a very upscale area and the Towne Center is usually very enjoyable to stroll around. And, in all honesty, this Panera is one of our favorite places to eat. Maybe it was just an off night.
