The restaurant was clean. I received my food faster than I had expected because there were a good amount of people waiting. The prices were fair. The kids meal came with a prize. That was cool. The chicken was good it had just the right amount of crunch to it but was tender. The fries were dry but the italian bread was soft and delicious. The special sauce was good as well

This place was super hyped, so I went the first week it opened. They were quite organized and it took us about 30 minutes to get through the line. To my surprise, there was plenty of seating. The wait from our food wasn’t bad and I ordered the box combo, replacing the coleslaw with extra Cane’s sauce. I personally didn’t care for the Cane’s sauce and am going to opt for honey mustard next time (which isn’t advertised, but they do have it.) The sauce made me think of ranch dressing, which I’m not a huge fan of. No complaints on the chicken; it was hot, crispy and fresh, though it isn’t really seasoned. The toast was good, but nothing to write home about. The fries were a surprising favorite — they really probably the second best crinkle fries I’ve had after Shake Shack’s. I am sure I will be getting Cane’s again when it’s a little less crowded, though I will probably bring it home and eat it with Chick-fil-A sauce. A word on parking: Don’t park in the Whole Foods garage unless you buy something from Whole Foods - the parking will cost you $15 for an hour otherwise. The other side of the building has “Raising Cane’s validated parking” which another reviewer kindly photographed, but then said the restaurant did not acknowledge its existence and therefore could not get validation. As a result, a lot of people are just selfishly parking their cars on the side of the road with their blinkers on and disrupting the traffic, so hopefully Cane’s will be a little more transparent on the parking situation in the future.

I'm glad there is finally a raising cane's in MD but can we talk about the wait and the service? The line only exists because orders aren't being entered fast enough. People are standing in line waiting for their orders meanwhile the cooks in the back are waiting for orders.

The managers have to figure something out. You can get orders on a tablet and have people wait inside instead of having security gatekeep anyone from coming in. Have people wait inside, ITS FREEZING. I've never seen an establishment have 90% of the seating open, but 90% of the customers are in line. I'm giving y'all advice free of charge but feel free to have an operations manager tell you the same.

Then you got the people that see the line while driving and causing a scene by parking where it says "do not park". Let's be honest, no one wants to wait an hour for some chicken tenders and fries. At that point I could have cooked it at home without the hassle. It's fastfood for a reason. The chicken was nice and hot but why are the fries cold?

Came here for the first time while in the area with family. I thought I loved chicken before, but thanks to this experience I now know a love for chicken I didn’t know was possible. My husband and I both got the 3 piece box with lemonades. The breading was impeccably seasoned and the chicken was just the juiciest, happiest pieces of heaven I have been fortunate enough to encounter. The fries, the bread, the coleslaw, lemonade, and the Canes Sauce are all extremely well taken care of as well and should be consumed with just as much love. The whole place was cleaned immaculately and the staff was so extremely friendly and even asked us how everything was! I was literally dancing in my seat eating and smiling with how happy this place made me. I hope one opens by us in New Jersey or to be back here one day for some more smiles and chicken 🙂

Great fast food chicken! Definitely worth a try. The lemonade is sweet and delicious, much better than I expected I highly recommend it. Staff went above and beyond with service, checking on customers and always cleaning and stocking things. They handled the busy crowd calmly and efficiently.
