    After years as a devote Cafe Zen patron, I was disappointed to see another business moving in. I was pleasantly surprised at not only how beautiful a job the staff of A1 Sushi did at transforming the space.

    But, the real surprise came with the quality and freshness of the food that was prepared. The lunch menu offered a reasonable selection of items, including a nice collection of popular sushi rolls and traditional Chinese food, all offered with miso soup and salad. I'd rate food presentation 5 of 5, as well. I'll be back again!

    Food was very great! The taste is real Chinese style. And I really like their desserts. Banana Tempura and ice-cream is wonderful. The owner was real sweet and professional to service us. Gave 5 stars! Thanks!

    Excellent new restaurant. Innovative combinations in the sushi rolls, as well as many tasty Chinese and Japanese favorites. It was uncrowded when I was there, but I think once word of the great food gets out, it won't be so easy to get a table.
