King's Pizza & Subs Express

Serviceable east coast pizza. Think we caught them on a bad day.

This place is awesome. Tried the chicken cheesesteak, the steak cheesesteak, the canolis, and the jalepeno poppers last night. All were phenomenal. The steak cheesesteak was my favorite because it's real shaved ribeye with deliciously sauteed peppers and onions. Was truly a notch above most cheesesteak places. Didn't get a chance to try the pizza, but I will definitely be ordering from here regularly.

They're kinda a hot mess but there's a charm to it. They've got maybe the best delivery pizza in town but that's more because most of the pizza in Hampden is bad. It's serviceable though and if you want something non-traditional, the Philly cheese steak pizza is actually pretty awesome. They also have great subs and the Western fries are perfect. Seriously, someone here put a lot of time on these best western fries. It shows and we appreciate it.

Sometimes they are insanely fast and sometimes they're insanely slow and sometimes they don't see your order and aren't even doing deliveries. The service is inconsistent BUT they're incredibly nice so I generally cut them some slack. Despite the occasional problem, they're our go-to in the neighborhood.
