Pretty cool bar. One if the places Edgar Allen Poe used to drink at. Went on St Patrick's day and there was live music and a lively crowd but not too many people that it was uncomfortable. They serve food but I didn't have any while we were there but the stuff they brought to people looked good. Will definitely be back!
One of the most unique bars in the city. Just a wonderful cool spot. Always live music. Plenty of things to look at on the walls. Always clean. Very professional staff. The door staff is always very professional. The owner is one of the nicest people I've ever met in Baltimore. He's very passionate about the business. And he does a great job with his staff. Nothing but good things to say about this place.
i have only been to this place once but the owner made us feel very welcomed and the food was great. We even had a couple shots of their infused vodka or tequila...not sure what it was actually but it was delicious. If you are looking for a good place for a good time with great food this is simply a must if you are even in Baltimore. I was really surprised about the negative reviews so I figured I would come here and let the people know what a good time I had. The staff was great, the food is priced well and was amazing. I have recommended this place to several of my friends. A+
I really liked this place. Up front there's a bar and lots of tables and chairs that you can sit at, have drinks and listen to music. All the way in the back there's another room that also has a bar but it's more like a night club with a dj, lights and dance floor. That's where we spent most of the night. Drinks were great and flowing all night. We had a blast.
So this place was just okay. The bartender had very little personality. The bar itself was actually pretty cool and I guess on a busy night it would be happening. The best thing about it was that it's rumored to be the last place that Edgar Allan Poe had visited before he died. Would I go back? It would have to be an occasion.
