Homeslyce Canton

Homeslyce is a nice neighborhood bar and restaurant. The atmosphere is relaxed and upbeat with lots of regulars. Overall the food was good i.e. meatball appetizers. Unfortunately, the wings had soggy skin, which is a frequent Baltimore complaint. The calzone had a great flavor. They also had happy hour specials even on a sunday. Nancy the bartender was spectacular and couldn't do enough for you. I even left my credit card and she came running down the street to return it to us.

This place is so homey and nice. The employees are always friendly and their pizza is very good. I personally love the Homeslyce classic and their spanokopita!

Loved this place, great mushroom pizza and wings. Cozy atmosphere with a quiet upstairs. Bunch of TVs for watching the games. Polite and punctual staff. Enjoyed every minute

Great food and wonderful, friendly staff. I come here about once a week and it never disappoints. The upstairs area is great for larger groups, and they have skeeball machines. I had my wedding rehearsal dinner here, and the space upstairs was perfect for about 45 people. The use of the space was free, and the food price was extremely reasonable.

We go here almost once a week to get a pizza and beer bc we are addicted. They have a great draft beer selection -- not the world's largest draft list, but big enough to have a good variety, and they update it regularly so it's seasonally appropriate. As for the pizza... it's the best "fast food" style pizza you'll get in the city. Like I said, we are addicted. Their sandwiches are really tasty, too. The bartenders/servers are really wonderful -- super friendly & attentive, and service is always prompt. The only "bad" thing about this place is that they can get pretty crowded on Fridays and Saturdays, but it's just because the food/atmosphere/service is so good. Go try it out for your next pizza night. :)
