Brick Oven Pizza

Always pleasant. Food is very good. Going there since they opened. Can see the growth in the style of business

Nicw pizza center i only tried veg pizza and it was good ????

A mixed bag here - in my continuing search for decent food in West Baltimore City, I gave Brick Oven a shot. My neighbors liked it, why not. It's been tough to sneak in. They close relatively early for a burger/pizza joint (9pm). Also unrelated to the food ONLY take out in the Summer. They have seating but don't spring for AC so the place is a BOILER.

Now to the food - mixed bag as of the three items I got...1 really good, others left out too long. Not fresh.
The chicken veggie slice was good...sitting a while but the oven heat up was enough to save it. Sauce was good, crust nice. And you will get HUGE amounts of chicken for the 5.00 price. The other items (bread sticks and buffalo chicken) could not be revived with all the heat in the world
The sticks tasted stale - over chewy and tough. The buffalo slice was sitting for too long, crust was ruined - soggy mess. Both were probably amazing if served fresh (see pics) Give Brick Oven a stab, but take out only and insist on waiting for a freshly baked product - or close to it!

Very nice and fresh(large slices of pizza). Many items on menu, I can't wait to try more. I am very pleased.
