This is very good New York pizza. It's not artisinal pizza, but it's not intended to be. It's great, neighborhood pizza at a *great* price. if you go the traditional route when ordering a pizza (e.g., cheese, pepperoni or meatball, or spinach ricotta), you will not be disappointed. The staff and owner (Roberto) are very friendly, and I've never had them flub a pickup pizza order. (They do get very busy during peak times.) Tell Roberto what you need, and he'll make sure you get it!

Looking at some of the negative reviews, I think people would do well to adjust their expectations based on what Ribaldi's is trying to. If you're looking for sit-down, high-end, fussy pizza, there is an amazing option nearby; if you're looking for a great salad, there are takeout options nearby. But if you want a slice, or a takeout pie, this is *absolutely* the place to go in Hampden. This is especially true if you live in the neighborhood---call in a pizza, grab a drink at Dylan's, and pick up a hot pie on the walk home.

I hear so much about this place but it seem like every time I have extra money or have a taste for some good thin slice pizza. They're closed. Mmmaaannnn I really wanted to try them. I am really going to make it my business to come here Friday or Saturday to me some pizza.

I had a bad experience when a douchebag working behind the counter was rude to me when picking up a delivery. He no longer works there so I changed my rating. I have met the owner several times picking up deliveries and he is always been very nice to me.

Thank goodness I found you! This place is the real deal. The chef is from Naples, home to the best pizza on the planet and he's taken the secret to Hampden! The Sicilian is super authentic. I got a meatball pizza and was in awe of it's allure on the taste buds. The meatballs themselves were a work of art. The pizza tastes like they use Italian Semolina flour. The crust is satisfying with a nice crunch and great airy body. The sauce is perfect, not over sweet like most chain pizzas and the cheese (and all ingredients) is good quality. There is the appropriate amount of cheese and sauce depending on what or you order. If you need to reheat DON'T microwave use the oven.
