Sat at the bar and received great service. It was fun watching the chefs prepare the sushi, and in some very cool presentations. My friend and I shared hibachi and sushi because we couldn't decide what to get, and both were excellent. As an added bonus they gave us a dish of vanilla mochi ice cream. We had never had it and it was very good! Will definitely be back!
My wife had Spicy Ramen that she raved about, I had Beef Teriyaki that was decent. The atmosphere is very nice and our server was quick and attentive. Two meals and an avocado roll as an appetizer ran us about $40. I will definitely be back, but not for the teriyaki.
I never write reviews, but I just had to.
I love their Crab Rangoon, it's one of the best, freshest, least greasy Crab Rangoon's i've had from over 25 Asian Restaurants..
The pork dumplings are also very good!
Sushi is delicious and fresh.
Take a seat at the sushi bar & watch a master at work. The Chef is an artist and food delicious. The colors are vibrant, plentiful and Katana Chef does not disappoint. Can't wait to return for a hot ramen bowl this season. Enjoy w/your own ingredients and make it spicy or mild.
Sushi was good. Drinks okay. Service different, not sure of it was how we were dressed? Volunteered all day at Baltimore Beer Fest so tired and not dressed up. Or what but seemed to watch us like we'd steal the wooden chop sticks and seemed surprised by questions about sushi we hadn't tried before. It's worth revisiting when in town and dressed better.
