This place is small, friendly, and everything there looks delicious. The coffee was great, but let me tell you-that bakery section-oh.my.gosh. Macarons all over the place, mini cakes, tiramisu...just amazing. I regret that I have nothing remotely like this here in my own hometown. If you are in Baltimore checking out the Mt Vernon neighborhood shoot down Charles and pay Cafe Poupon a visit. You will NOT be disappointed.

Our morning breakfast stop before leaving Baltimore. Both of us had a quiche (mini/personal size). Very flavorful - great ingredients and not too heavy. Coffee was good as were the pastries. Services is slow but personal. Other items on the menu looked great. Wonderful taste and just the right taste absolutely delicious and make you feel like what I have been missing

Cutest little French pastry cafe I stumbled upon. Service was superb. The Frazier was decadent. Macaroons were very good too.

A very cool place to be at. If you're in Baltimore, definitely check out out. The meat lovers quiche was a bit over salted but my boyfriend's quiche lorraine was perfect. I liked their coffee as well. The atmosphere is nice and welcoming.

I love this little gem! As a self-proclaimed Francophile, I sincerely appreciate the authentic feel of this cafe. My family has purchased cakes from the original Baltimore location on President Street for decades and the quality has been unwavering. Everything is intricately baked and decorated, but nothing beats the delicious taste. I've had every pastry offered over the years and the Royale is hands-down my absolute favorite. The coffee and lunch offerings are also fabulous. You can't go wrong visiting this place.
