Central Bar, Restaurant & Night Club

I’ve been here a few times and have come to expect great food, delicious drinks and fantastic service. The steak I just had blew me away… the best I’ve had in recent memory. Central Bar won’t disappoint!

I went to happy hour with friends and loved the atmosphere so I decided to see about hosting a surprise bday party there. BEST DECISION EVER. Working with Lisa (the events manager) to figure out all the details was so easy and stress free! On the day of the party things were even better than expected. The food came out when it was supposed to. The DJ played songs we wanted to hear. All of the staff was friendly and accommodating. The manager (I don't remember his name) kept checking in and making sure things were going smoothly. The party was a success and everyone had the best time. I can't praise Lisa enough for all her help and I will be recommending Central to everyone that wants to have a great party at a great venue!

We went there on Saturday night with my friends and had so much fun. We loved the atmosphere and the music, we had such a blast. Than we went back there again the following Friday. I was amazed to find out that they serve delicious food every day till 1:30AM. Believe me it is worth it the the trip just for the food. Chef Andrew was amazing and the menu was not limited to bar food. I had the roasted cod with green beans and my friends had the shrimp scampi and the NY steak. There was something for everyone on the menu, even vegan options. Ivan was so welcoming and attentive. I love how he checked on us couple times to make sure we love our food and have everything we need. It was truly an exceptional dining experience and I love to have found a place that we can go out to party and have a great food to eat at the same time. This is a rare find and definitely our new hot spot in Baltimore. Can’t wait for brunch this Sunday. I will update my review after.

Edit: Brunch was delicious. The bottomless mimosas were very good. I had the French toast with berries and my friend had the avocado toast. The potato hash was yummy. Mark was very cool and told us about all the events they have such as DragaMania on Wednesday and karaoke on Monday and Thursday. This place has so much to offer but most importantly safe, welcoming and fun atmosphere which is so hard to find these days in Baltimore.

Loving this new bar! I consistently go for karaoke but I’m also loving the dance floor upstairs! LOTS of space to host a party or dinner and the food really is fantastic. Shout out to the cook! Great space for crowds, lgbt friendly, themed nights, happy hour, brunch, drag, dancing, family feel. I also love the location and how you can easily walk to and from the other popular bars nearby. It’s new, so not always a ton of people but as the pandemic gets better I think we’ll see more ppl. Bathrooms are big and music is 🔥🔥🔥.
