The Good: Super-friendly staff, fast service
The Bad: wings were so-so.
I had the habanero sauce, the wings that actually HAD sauce were ok. Unfortunately most of the wings were short on sauce, with only one side or a spot or two with sauce. A couple of the wings (2-4) had no sauce at all.

Great cheesesteak! Had no issues with my order and it's conveniently connected to the Tropical Smoothie place so just walked over for a grab-and-go meal. So glad there's more options in the area for lunch :D

I've ordered from this place a few times since it's opened. It's been a good experience so far ?. I've noticed it gets busy sometimes so I'd recommend ordering online. I really enjoy the Prime BBQ Steak sandwich - it's pretty great. The folks running the place are friendly too! Happy we have a few more food options in the neighborhood. nom nom ? ?

Very excited to get an urban located Charley's that's not in a mall. Visited this past Sunday afternoon and the in-store order process was smooth. Women at counter were very pleasant. Love how they package the to go food. Sandwiches travel extremely well in the boxes and no soginess. Ordered again tonight (online this time). They were swamped with online orders when I arrived and my order was still ready on time. Manager was active and checking on the customers waiting on pickups. This is a high volume Charley's so I'm pretty impressed with their progress in their opening weeks.

I'm from Philly and nothing can replace the original. The roll makes or breaks a steak sandwich. But, the bread is pretty solid here. It's not quite a Philly hoagie roll, but it holds up well. Chewy on inside and a little crusty on outside. I'll be a regular at this location for sure.
